Which file formats can I upload?

You can upload STL, OBJ and 3MF files, up to 50 MB. Do you have a different format? Please contact us and we will look at the possibilities together.

I don't have a 3D file, can you also design or replicate something for me?

Absolutely. Send us a photo, the original dimensions or the broken part itself, and we will map it out again. This works well for hard-to-find parts or accessories that are no longer available anywhere.

Do you check my file before printing?

Yes, every file is checked before we start printing. This prevents surprises and ensures your model is actually printable.

Can I place an order with multiple parts at once?

That's possible. Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will put together a combined quote for you.

Which material should I choose for my project?

That depends on what you will use the part for. Use our material selector on the materials page, or send us a message describing your application. We advise you free of charge.

How accurate is the automatically calculated price?

The price shown on the website is an instant, reliable estimate based on your file. For complex or hollow models the final price may differ slightly, but we always check this before starting production.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order, we print and ship your product within 2 to 3 business days.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship across Europe.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely via iDEAL, Wero, credit card or Apple Pay, immediately after submitting your order.

Is my payment secure?
